MEET THE TEAM
I have over 20 years in the Document Management industry offering extensive senior management experience, delivering high-quality products and services. Working with companies such as Invu, EasiFile, PCdox, Fujitsu, Xerox, and Abbyy, we deliver business-critical software and solutions to organisations from 3 to 3000 users.
My aim is to make sure the customers are happy with the care and expertise they receive from us. We work exceptionally well as a team and pride ourselves on giving our customers a tailored solution to help them work more efficiently.
My role is to offer a dedicated point of contact for existing customers and new business clients, answering queries, offering advice and introducing new solutions that will enhance the way their business is working. I have extensive experience in customer-facing roles and customer service and enjoy helping customers, building strong relationships and making sure they are happy with the service they receive.
Senior Technical Consultant
My role within YourDMS is to provide the best possible service for our customers. This includes support for all products, scoping and implementing new requirements, and carrying out user and technical training.
Head of IT Services
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role blends strategy and technical oversight in, and the planning and delivery of, transformative Managed IT, telephony, and cloud solutions. In addition to partnering with industry leaders, organisations benefit from the YourDMS approach in active listening, jargon-free correspondence, and a genuineness culture.
Software Support Engineer
My experience is in providing 3rd level Technical support. My role in YourDMS is providing feature updates and ongoing maintenance of web portals. I am skilled in working with .Net framework, HTML, CSS and also ITIL certified.
Head of Support
My role combines managing the Support team, ensuring we offer a high standard of technical support to our customers, as well as working on new projects involving the whole portfolio of YourDMS services.
1st Line Support Technician
I joined YourDMS in March 2017 as an apprentice. In my time with the company I have been fully trained on all aspects of the support role and have integrated into the business. I am the first response to any calls which come into the support team.
With a background in the creative industry, I am responsible for producing innovative, integrated marketing and advertising campaigns. I am working to increase brand awareness, improve customer interaction and engagement, and generate new business.
I will be working closely with the accounts department, chasing payments, calling our customers and general admin duties. My aim is to ensure we continue to provide the best service to our customers, and to support my colleagues.
