Jane started to check all of Idris’ information and manually enter it into their Accounts system, when…
… she noticed that he didn’t have a PO Number. Now Jane would have to look on their system and try to track it down. If only suppliers realised how important a PO Number is! She hoped it had been saved in the right place.
30 minutes later, Jane was still searching.
Idris was so bored that he fell asleep. Eventually, Jane managed to find the PO Number and typed it into the system.
Next, Jane spent even more time checking that the company had received all of the goods listed on Idris, and that the price was correct. Then she was ready to send him on the next step of his journey…
