We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and trust in YourDMS. Your belief in us has been a guiding light during a challenging period.
As many of you know, just over a year ago, our Managing Director, Stewart Wright, passed away unexpectedly. In the face of this loss, we, his wife and son, took on the responsibility of running YourDMS without him. It has been a year of profound challenges, growth, and reflection.
After careful consideration and heartfelt discussions, we have made the difficult decision to embark on new challenges. It is with mixed emotions that we announce the sale of YourDMS. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to assure you that finding the right future for our company and our valued customers was at the forefront of our minds.
The new owners, Agilico (who also acquired INVU the company behind INVU Document Management), bring fresh energy, ideas, and a commitment to uphold the values that have always defined us. Agilico serves over 14,000 customers across the UK, offering a comprehensive range of services including Information Management, Agile Working, Managed Print, Telecoms, and IT solutions. Agilico shares the same core values as YourDMS, placing customer service at the heart of an exceptional suite of solutions designed to make work easy. This level of service and support will continue with the addition of opportunities to help with your business efficiency goals.
The wonderful Neil and Tom from our Support Team and Sadie from Marketing will be moving over to Agilico, so you will have some familiar faces to assist you during this transition. Their expertise and dedication remain steadfast, ensuring a seamless experience as we move into this new chapter together. We will also be staying on for a period supporting the hand over so if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
